Here are the diet two days, which can be applied every week, to the loss of guaranteed weight:

The most important rule is to reduce calorie intake to 70 calories in just about every day of the two days.
     - drink too much of water before each meal, and be careful to consumption  two liters in one day

     - Don't eat food after seven in the evening.

    - Eat every day of these two days only one serving of protein : 30 grams of protein, while the              share of chicken meat and 50 grams be when it is of fish.

    - Eat in one day just one tablespoon of olive oil or olive 10 pills.

    - Eat five pills of almonds or walnuts or a teaspoon of peanut butter.

   - You are allowed to eat one fruit a day only.

   - Allows you to drink tea or coffee without sugar or whitener powder.

- Allows you to eat sugar-free gum.
